Description

In this session, we'll discuss the pros and cons of using GLP-1s for weight loss, attempt to set realistic goals for patients on the medicines, potential severe side effects, as well as why and how the medicines aren't effective in certain patients.

Jonathan Crosbie, DO Related Seminars and Products


Dr. Jon Crosbie is a Family Practice physician working in Des Moines, Iowa, since 2010.  He graduated from Des Moines University in 2010 and completed his residency at Mercy Family Medicine Residency program in 2013.  Following residency, he worked at The Iowa Clinic through 2017 and then in January of 2018, began practicing and teaching at his alma mater.  He grew up in the area, having been born in Ames and graduated from Earlham High School 25 miles west of Des Moines.
