Dr. Mintle is Chair, Division of Behavioral Health, Department of Primary Care at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she also serves as Director, Strategic Development for Clinical Affairs. She received her Clinical Social Work Masters (M.S.W.) from Western Michigan University and her Ph.D. in Urban Health Services and Clinical Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. Dr. Mintle has been an author, national speaker, consultant, coach, national news contributor, paid blogger, and small business co-owner. She has served as a mental health columnist for national magazines and is a former co-host of Living the Life on ABC Family. She is co-author of the book, Living Beyond Pain.
