Description

This session will examine insulin resistance and its role in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome. Current treatments and therapies in development will be reviewed.

Bob Ly, DO is an endocrinologist and received his osteopathic medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He currently practices at Skagit Regional Health in Mount Vernon, Washington and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Obesity Medicine. He has a professional interest in weight management/obesity medicine.
