Jonathan Lowe, DO, MS-GH is a board eligible Emergency Medicine physician. He is currently an assistant professor of Emergency Medicine at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. He also works as faculty in medical education for the CHS. Dr. Lowe sits on many committees, including the international committee of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and the Oklahoma State Department of Health Trauma Referral Improvement Committee.
Dr. Lowe began his career in medicine as a medic in the U.S. Army, including combat deployments. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma, medical school at Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Emergency Medicine. While in residency, he completed master’s degrees in Global Health and Healthcare Administration.
Dr. Lowe has a passion for global health, specifically in sustainable systemic changes and medical student/resident education.

Dr. Relic completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Arkansas. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic, and concurrently earned a Master of Business Administration degree. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center and is Board Certified through the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is currently working towards a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration through Oklahoma State University.

Parker K. Truong, DO Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. After an internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, he completed fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at OSU Medical Center. Board certified in pharmacy, internal medicine, general cardiology, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology and adult echocardiography, Dr. Truong has been with Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physicians in Oklahoma City since 2012. He specializes in venous diseases, blood clots, pulmonary embolism, complex IVC filter retrieval, and superficial vein diseases such as varicose veins and venous ulcers. He is a member of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Cardiology.

Swapna N. Deshpande, MD, DFAACAP is board certified in adult psychiatry, fellowship trained, and board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as Obesity Medicine.
Dr Deshpande completed her medical school in India and her residency in University of Maryland. Dr Deshpande completed her Child psychiatry fellowship at OU and was a faculty till 2020.
From 2014 – 2020, she served as the Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. She was appointed in the endowed position of Rainbolt Family Chair in Child Psychiatry in the year 2016.
Currently she is a Clinical Associate Professor at Oklahoma State University. Currently she serves as a Project ECHO lead for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for the State of Oklahoma as well as a mental health lead for DHS.

M. Chad Owens, DO graduated from Oklahoma State University Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. He then did his internship in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma in 2004. He Did his residency in anesthesia at Case Western Reserve-University Hospitals Cleveland in Cleveland, OH. After his residency was completed, he then completed a fellowship in interventional pain fellowship at Case medical center in Cleveland, OH.
