William Kiser, MD
Dr. Bob Kiser is a family physician, who joined the faculty of the University of the Incarnate Word following his career in Navy Medicine. He is an educator, an armchair philosopher, and a self-described simple country doctor. He is one of the founding fathers of the School of Osteopathic Medicine at UIW—having been intimately involved with its conception, its direction, and its focus on preparing students for service amongst the underserved. Dr Bob is one of the few allopathic members of TOMA, and is proud to be married to Jenny, a hospital chaplain and Pastor of a small progressive Baptist Church in San Antonio, where they raise children, goats, and chickens.
Dr. Kiser discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of this presentation.
