Warren Chin, DO
Warren Chin, DO, has modified and improved OMT techniques over the past three decades that use less force and are easier to implement in busy office practices. He teaches medical students through mentoring and lectures at national conferences. Growing up, Dr. Chin’s mentor was Dr. Stanley Schiowitz. His schooling included NYITCOM, a family practice residency at SUNY Stony Brook, and he was Chief Resident when they started the family practice residency at Long beach hospital. He then worked at a large multispecialty group in Florida for 20 years and then moved to New Hampshire to a family practice associated with a local hospital. He specializes in OMM and uses OMT in his practice on at least 60% of his patients. He was a clinical instructor of NYITCOM, UNECOM, LECOM Bradenton, and recently moved to upstate New York to teach at LECOM Elmira. He teaches residents in a family practice residency program and also works at a group family practice in town.
