Michael Terzella, DO
Michael J. Terzella, D.O. graduated from NYITCOM in 1999. While there, he did a one-year Undergraduate Teaching Fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in 2002. From 2002-2008, Dr. Terzella worked as a family physician at the Martin Luther King Jr. Health Center where he treated patients and trained family practice residents and medical students through the health center’s affiliation with Good Samaritan Hospital. In 2005 he earned his board certification in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. In 2008, Dr. Terzella joined the clinical faculty at NYITCOM and is currently an Associate Professor in the department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He has been published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, AAO Journal, Osteopathic Family Physician, and International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine.
