Dr. Pannel is Medical Director of Right Track Medical Group. A native of Inverness, Mississippi, she has been a practicing psychiatrist in North Mississippi since 2010. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She graduated form Kanasa City University of Medicine and Biosciences.  She continued her education with a  Psychiatric Residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Psychiatric Residency, Geriatric Specialty, University of Alabama at Birmingham.
