Frederick Chang, DO

Frederick Chang is the Chief Medical Information Officer at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona. He previously graduated from Western University of Health Sciences COMP in 2013. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education and completed his Clinical Informatics fellowship at University of Arizona/Banner Health in 2022. In addition, he has received the designation Fellow in Hospital Medicine by the Society of Hospital Medicine, as he continues to practice as a hospitalist. He is certified both in Epic and Cerner for physician build in the electronic medical record. He is the co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence committee at YRMC. His main interest is to continue to reduce the burden between Physicians and the Electronic Medical Record and utilize innovative methods to provide the best care for the patients.
