Gwen Levitt, DO is an attending psychiatrist and Director of Research at Maricopa Integrated Health System’s Department of Psychiatry. She also has a private practice in forensic psychiatry focusing on criminal and guardianship matters. She has been practicing in Phoenix since her completion of residency at Maricopa Integrated health System in 1994. Dr. Levitt has had a wide- range of experiences in the field of psychiatry including correctional care, utilization management, hospital administration and, of course direct patient care. Her career has been dedicated to the Seriously Mentally Ill population.
