First presented as part of the Simply CME series in August 2022, OPSO is pleased to offer this presentation as an on-demand CME seminar. 

In this presentation Dr. Earley will:

  • Identify and recognize the relationship between nutrition, exercise, and cardiovascular disease
  • Compare and identify outcomes on cardiovascular disease when nutrition and exercise recommendations are followed
  • Demonstrate how to appraise and interpret patients' cardiovascular health
  • Develop and implement strategies to assist patients in implementing healthy nutrition, diet, and exercise habits to combat cardiovascular disease

The Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.
