Dr. Packard received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency with Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, MI, and completed a PGY-2 ambulatory care residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, CO. She is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist in primary care and also holds a faculty position with Community Health Network’s Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program in Greenwood, IN. This position combines her passion of teaching and patient care. She has a collaborative drug practice agreement at the residency clinic, which allows her to manage patients with chronic disease states and also assist the medical residents in managing their patients. She provides monthly didactic lectures to the physician residents and faculty. In addition to teaching medical residents, she regularly precepts pharmacy students from Purdue University College of Pharmacy and Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences.
