Physicians and medical professionals will review the changes in health maintenance concerns through childhood, adolescence, reproductive years, and menopause and be able to list recommended screening tests and ages at which they are appropriate. Attendees will be able to describe how to incorporate structural screening exams to improve current and future health.

Accreditation Statement:
The Montana Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of .75 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Grievance Policy:
Grievances shall be submitted in writing to the MOMA Executive Director or educational program chairperson. All grievances will receive an initial response in writing within 30 days of receipt. The executive director will review all grievances and resolve if possible. If no resolution is possible, the executive director may pass the information on to the President of the Association for resolution. If the president is unable to resolve the grievance, he/she may then pass the grievance on to the executive committee of the board of trustees, and if no resolution can be made the grievance will then be presented to the full board of trustees. Further appeals shall be addressed to the Council on Continuing Medical Education of the AOA at 142 E. Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611-2864.

Anita Showalter, DO, FACOOG (Dist) serves as the Associate Dean for Clinical Education and Associate Professor and Chief for Women's Health at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, Washington.
A graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed OB/GYN residency at Cuyahoga Falls Community Hospital, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She was named a Distinguished Fellow by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) and has served on the Board of Trustees, numerous committees and currently serves on the Ad Hoc Task Force for Curriculum in OMM.
She has been named ACOOG Mentor of the Year and Outstanding Osteopathic Mentor by Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, Board of Trustees of the Yakima County Medical Society, and Washington Osteopathic Medical Association CME Committee. Additionally, she is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG). It is her passion to teach sensitive care and proficient use of osteopathic principles in women's health.
