Dr. Kayla Humenansky (Dr. H) is an Ohio native who completed her undergraduate training at The Ohio State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and Spanish. She went on to continue her medical school training VCOM-Carolinas. Following graduation, she went on to pursue general surgery training in New York and plastic surgery fellowship in Philadelphia. She was elated at the opportunity to return to South Carolina and be Columbia’s only private female plastic surgeon. She is passionate about performing aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of both the face and body. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and their dog, Phillie.
