Donald Middleton, DO is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. Board certified in family practice, he completed an internship at Phoenix General Hospital and an internship and residency at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Flint, Michigan. Dr. Middleton currently practices at The Meadows of Wickenburg, an addiction treatment center. He is a member of the AOMA Board of Trustees representing District 1. Dr. Middleton and his wife, Tracy Middleton, DO, FACOFP, have four children.
