Donald Middleton, DO is a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. Board certified in family practice, he completed an internship at Phoenix General Hospital and an internship and residency at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Flint, Michigan.
